El “buyer persona” es tu cliente ideal. La persona a la que le quieres vender. No, ni se te ocurra pensar que le quieres vender a todos. Para una estrategia de marketing exitosa necesitas tener un objetivo claro y debes construir este prototipo que te muestre el camino: qué edad tiene, cuáles son sus costumbres, ¿trabaja o estudia?, etc.

El viaje de tu cliente

Los cliente tiene que hacer un recorrido antes de poder convertirse en uno. Desde que descubre tu marca, hasta que hace click en “comprar”. Dependiendo de la etapa de este viaje, será tu estrategia: primero lo debes atraer, que sepa de ti; luego convencer, decirle que eres la mejor opción; después llega la compra y finalmente la fidelización, para que regrese o te recomiende.

¿Dónde te encuentras?

Así como el cliente tiene un viaje, tu marca tiene algo que se conoce como funnel de compra. Esta es una especie de embudo, donde vas cada vez delimitando tu audiencia hasta llegar a un cliente. Se pueden hacer varias divisiones, pero la principal es: reconocimiento, consideración y acción. Necesitas que te conozcan, ofrecer soluciones para que al final te compren.

Objetivos clave

Tus objetivos deber responder a las siglas S.M.A.R.T: específicos (“specific”), medibles (“measurable”), alcanzables (“attainable”), realistas (“realistic”) y temporales (“timeley”).
